It was a decent option for a holiday in Puerto Vallarta with a good price-quality ratio. The breakfast buffet had amazing traditional Mexican dishes, and the staff, especially Juan, was really attentive and friendly. Just be careful of the beach. it’s not safe for swimming.

absolutely loved my stay at the westin! the pools were amazing, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the marina. Yesenia at the pool provided outstanding service. she truly made our time special. the beautifully landscaped grounds made for a serene atmosphere.

Had a fantastic time at the Westin! The panoramic ocean view from my room was breathtaking. Enjoyed the clean, spacious accommodations. The pool areas were beautiful, with palm trees creating a serene environment. I loved the friendly staff, especially Yesenia at the pool, who provided outstanding service. They made sure I had everything I needed. The pools were perfect for relaxing, especially for my toddler, they were heated and warm! However, there were minor issues like the noisy volleyball games at the children's pool around 4 pm. Also, I noticed some areas around the back of the building looked messy with trash. Breakfasts were tasty but a bit pricey. Despite these inconveniences, the positives outweighed them and I would definitely recommend this resort!

Great pool for families!
We had an awesome time here! The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made our stay relaxing. The heated pool was so perfect for our toddler – he could splash around for hours! Breakfast was yummy, and the kitchenette in our room made it easy to prep snacks. Just a heads up, pool towels ran out pretty fast each day.

Our stay was enjoyable despite some hiccups. The ocean view from our room was stunning, and the pool area had a delightful ambiance. However, the room cleanliness could be better, and smaller beds were a downside. Dining options were diverse, particularly the fresh seafood dishes.
